Gina Sanfilippo is a theater and television actress. Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, she continues to live in the beautiful city while attending Harrington College of Design for commercial photography. Her past theater credits include playing Princess Winnifred in 'Once Upon a Mattress' at Plainfield East High School and numerous productions with The School of Performing Arts.
Her interests include watching 'Friends' and 'The Vampire Diaries' with a cup of hot chocolate, photography, and spending time with her family. Also, as evidenced by her doodle, giraffes are her favorite animals.
She plays Emma Vries, a kidnapped student and daughter of Jakob Vries (played by Arnold Vosloo) on NBC's series CRISIS, a conspiracy thriller starring Gillian Anderson, Dermot Mulroney, Rachael Taylor, Lance Gross, and REVENGE alum Max Martini as the villain.
