Lucas Grabeel is currently best known for his roles as Ryan Evans in Disney Channel's High School Musical, and High School Musical 2 and as Ethan Dalloway in the third and fourth installments of Halloweentown High and Return to Halloweentown.
He has made TV guest appearances on Boston Legal, Smallville, Til Death, and Veronica Mars.
Now on big screens nationwide, he appears as Scooter in College Road Trip with Martin Lawrence, Raven-Symoné, and Brenda Song.
Coming Soon: The Adventures of Food Boy, a comedy about a teenage boy (Ezra, played by Lucas) who discovers he has an unusual ability to make food appear in his hands.
Lucas will appear in the movie Milk (November 2008), a biopic about California's first openly gay elected official, Harvey Milk, a San Francisco supervisor who was assassinated along with Mayor George Moscone by San Francisco Supervisor Dan White. Lucas is playing Danny Nicoletta, a friend and supporter of Harvey Milk who worked at a camera store Harvey owned. The cast includes Sean Penn (Harvey Milk), Josh Brolin (Dan White), Victor Garber (George Moscone), Emile Hirsch, James Franco, and Diego Luna.
