Mr. Lawrence (aka: Doug Lawrence) is best known as the voice of Plankton, everyone's favorite evil single-celled organism inSpongebob Squarepants.

His other voice credits include Filburt from Rocko's Modern Life and Edward the Platypus from Camp Lazlo.

He is also a standup comedian, cartoonist, writer-director, animator and producer on the television series Johnny Talk and he worked on The Ren and Stimpy Show in its second season as a layout assistant.

He drew the album cover for "Weird Al" Yankovic's The Food Album.
