Visual Artist and Illustrator

Rachel Mindrup, a happy wife and mother of two wonderful little boys: Henry and Frederick, is a professional artist and illustrator.

She studied drawing and painting at the Los Angeles Academy of Art and her client list includes: Kiewit Corporation, Boys Town, Creighton University, Walgreens Corporation, Boys Town National Research Hospital, Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and Miller Brewing Company.

She has also illustrated numerous children's books through various publishing companies.

Her artwork is shown nationally and held in many private collections including those of Primatologist Jane Goodall and Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.

Currently, she is teaching art as an instructor at the Joslyn Art Museum and Creighton University, both located in Omaha, Nebraska. She also teaches at the Kansas City Art Institute located in Kansas City, Missouri.
