Tom Kerr is a multi-talented artist who is just as much at home drawing dramatic op-ed pieces as he is at creating whimsical children's illustrations. He is internationally known for his humorous illustration, caricatures and portrait work. His most notable freelance project was drawing McGruff the Crime Dog for the NCPC.
