Illustrator: McGruff the Crime Dog

Tom Kerr is a multi-talented artist who is just as much at home drawing dramatic op-ed pieces as he is at creating whimsical children's illustrations. He is internationally known for his humorous illustration, caricatures and portrait work. His most notable freelance project was drawing 'McGruff the Crime Dog' for the National Crime Prevention Council.

He is a member of the American Portrait Society, and has won awards from Print Magazine, The Society for Newspaper Design and the New Jersey Press Association.
